Nassau County employee was charged with stealing chemicals from the facility in which he worked. The client was on video putting his chemicals into his truck. The client was fired prematurely and without a sufficient investigation. Through investigation, the presentation of evidence & witnesses and an unrelenting cross-examination of the detectives involved, Mr. Pascarella persuaded the jury that the detectives were careless and jumped to conclusions in making the arrest. The Naasau County jury found the client “Not Guilty.”
